WWE fans may be in for an exciting development as reports suggest that the company is contemplating expanding the ranks of the LWO (Latino World Order) in the future. It's not clear who is being officially considered for the group, but based on the assumed cultural requirements and some storylines coming out of NXT, it wouldn't be hard to narrow down the candidates.
According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, there have been discussions within WWE about a long-term plan involving the addition of Angel Garza and Humberto Carrillo to the popular stable. Garza and Carrillo have been undergoing a transformation in their characters of late. After teasing a split, in a recent episode of NXT, they tore apart a Los Lotharios shirt and emphasized their family's wrestling legacy in Mexico. The hint seemed to be a return to their cultures and a shift towards a babyface persona.

If they stay together or break up, having one or both members join the LWO upon their return to the main roster would be a logical step. It is assumed the WWE Universe would embrace both and not resist either man joining the faction. There has also been talk that Carlito is set for a return to WWE and he too has been considered for the group.
Led by the legendary Rey Mysterio, the LWO has gained significant popularity in WWE. The former Legado del Fantasma members, including Santos Escobar, Zelina Vega, Joaquin Wilde, and Cruz Del Toro, turned face to support Mysterio in his feud with Dominik Mysterio and The Judgment Day. Since that day, they've become a beloved faction and their merchandise sales have been exceedingly strong.
WWE Wants To Push All In With The Group
The potential expansion of the LWO with the inclusion of Angel Garza and Humberto Carrillo is an exciting prospect for WWE fans. It's is likely part of WWE's plan not to have the group go stale. It could also lead to other storyline ideas, such as Escobar leaving the group and others taking his (or another member's place). The one area where WCW failed with these factions was in expanding them too rapidly and making them too big. WWE is likely not to repeat the same mistakes.
