Jimmy Uso Reveals Naomi's Stance About A Possible WWE Return

Former WWE superstar Trinity, better known as Naomi, is reportedly open to a return to the company, according to her husband, Jimmy Uso. In an interview with Ariel Helwani from BT Sport, Jimmy revealed that Naomi would love to come back to WWE at some point in the future. Suggesting it might not be right away, when the timing was right, both Jimmy and Naomi assume she will be back.

The surprising exit of Naomi and Sasha Banks, also known as Mercedes Moné, from WWE made headlines in May 2022. The pair, who were the reigning Women's Tag Team Champions at the time, walked out of the company. Citing creative differences and a distaste for how the Women's Tag Team Championships were being booked as the reason for their departure, it was the end of the respective runs in the company. As a consequence of their actions, both Naomi and Banks were indefinitely suspended by WWE.

Moné wound up signing in New Japan and Naomi with IMPACT Wrestling. However, Jimmy Uso expressed optimism about a potential return for Naomi, stating, "She is definitely open to coming back, and when the timing is right and everything fits, hopefully, it works."

Jimmy also acknowledged the strange feeling of not working in the same promotion as his wife, emphasizing that they had been on the road together since the beginning of their WWE careers. The sudden halt to their shared journey had a notable impact on both of them. Jey jokingly said it would be good to have her back just to give the two brothers a break from each other.
