Fan Accuses WWE Of Using Old Footage After Showing Up On NXT While Actually Watching Dynamite
WWE has been called out for using stock footage after being caught using footage of a fan who claims she wasn't paying attention to NXT on Wednesday night yet still finding out she was on television.
Jessi Davin, a wrestling superfan, realized she was one of the folks shown on the NXT's screen at the Capitol Wrestling Center this week. However, she claims she was not watching NXT and was actually watching AEW Dynamite.

"I don't know what the heck is going on, NXT," Davin said in a video she posted to Twitter on Wednesday night. "But that is old footage of me. I'm sitting right here like... what?
"I guess when you agree, guys, you agree to allow WWE to use your footage whenever they want because that ain't me right now. I'm watching AEW Dynamite."
She added: "I love you, NXT. But, yeah... I ain't watching y'all."
Jessi has also tweeted that she's cool with her footage being used, insisting she was flattered NXT thought to display it twice.
"Y’all I have zero problem with it," she wrote. "I’m actually flattered they thought my footage was good enough to use twice. I’m not outraged, either. When you agree to enter the Thunderdome you agree to the terms and conditions. I’m sure this was in there in the famed wall of text."
Another fan responded to NXT's tweet with: "It's cool to know I was in the Capitol Wrestling Center tonight for #WWENXT while I was watching #AEWDynamite and working all at the same time tonight."
AEW Must Love Jessi Right Now
This would probably explain WWE no longer sending invites to fans so they could be part of the shows at the CWC. As Jessi pointed out, agreeing to be part of one show could be agreeing to be part of any show, according to how WWE sees fit.
They're probably of the view that it's fine since the arena is darker than the ThunderDome and the footage is dimmer.
AEW will probably love this one and must have had a laugh if they watched WWE get called out by one of their own fans who chose Dynamite over NXT this week (or every week, since she ain't watching NXT).
