The 24/7 Championship is WWE's newest title and has basically become a comedy championship from the moment it was first introduced. With title changes happening frequently at any available opportunity, there have been some insane moments.
While it isn't a serious championship that would be headlining any PPVs, it is a bit of fun to add in each show. Creating small backstage moments or pre-recorded content from different locations, the title has provided a lot of fun so far.

10 Everybody's Got A Price
We will kickstart this list with a hilarious way that the title changed hands during a legends episode of Raw. The episode saw several legends win the championship, one of which was Ted DiBiase.
The WWE Hall Of Famer didn't bother rolling anybody up or getting physical though. Instead, the Million Dollar Man flashed his cash to fellow Hall Of Famer, Alundra Blayze and bought the title from her.
As the saying goes, everybody's got a price, and clearly DiBiase knew Blayze's. It was a simple way of getting the title to change hands, but it was ridiculous at the same time.
9 Hospital Visits
Another ridiculous way that the title changed hands was when Mike Kanellis pinned his own wife to take the title away from her. However, that isn't the worst part of this story, as the location and situation revolving the title change was hilarious.
With the couple heading to the hospital to get a check on their baby, Maria simple thought that this was a normal moment between the couple.

However, while she was laying down to get checked, Mike took advantage of the moment and pinned her to become champion. Being jealous and wanting to be champion, he ruined a family moment to become champion.
8 Santa
This is one of the most recent ways that the title has changed hands and was a totally ridiculous moment. The change took place in New York as Santa Claus himself managed to win the championship.
WWE created a chase scene involving Santa, R-Truth, and Akira Tozawa, which took place over several different segments. The trio exchanged the title several times as they ran around, hiding, utilizing all the different festive props such as Christmas trees.
Seeing Santa himself win the 24/7 Championship was a hilarious moment on the show and suited the festive episode of Raw.
7 Plane Journey From Hell
The reason why the 24/7 Championship is so fun is because of the unpredictable nature of the title. WWE can literally film a segment anywhere in order to make content, keeping things as exciting and fresh as possible.

That's what WWE did during a plane journey back in 2019 when Jinder Mahal was heading into the journey as champion. Having just won it from R-Truth earlier in the day, he didn't manage to keep the title throughout the journey.
While he slept on the plane, Truth hopped on over and pinned him, creating a hilarious moment. It sums up the title and how insane it is, but that's why people find it so entertaining.
6 New Years Eve Madness
Another insane moment involving the 24/7 Championship came during FOX's crazy New Year's Eve show. The title actually changed hands twice on the show, and gave WWE a great presence on the night.
This is why the 24/7 Championship is so fun because WWE is able to bring the title to any moment, especially when the wider world is watching. Having these title changes on such a big show only helps put WWE on the map even more.

The back and forth of the 24/7 Championship between R-Truth and Drake Maverick remains the best rivalry of the title. There have been some amazing moments between them and the green title, and one of those came in the parking lot.
With Truth and Carmella being a team together doing everything possible to keep the title, Maverick made the most of the opportunity. Dressing up as Carmella, crop top and all, he convinced Truth he was a friend.
Taking the wig off at the last minute to roll up on Truth and using the car as leverage, the Englishman was able to pick up the victory.
4 A Surprise Turn
While the previous moment involved Drake Maverick dressing up as Carmella, this moment involved Carmella herself. She shocked the world when she turned on R-Truth to pin him in the middle of the ring.

While she was doing so in a nice manner, with this not being an official heel turn, it was still a shocking moment. Nobody saw it coming yet it was absolutely hilarious when it happened.
3 Honeymoon Disaster
Once again another ridiculous moment for the 24/7 Championship involved Drake Maverick and R-Truth. This time it took place while on Maverick's honeymoon with his wife.
The two of them were set to consummate their marriage and enjoy their time in private until R-Truth and a WWE official burst into the room.
With the room set up for romance with petals and flowers everywhere, Truth hit the room and took the championship back from him. Diving him onto the bed to pin him next to his wife, this was a moment that perfectly summed up the title.
2 The Mayor Steps Up
Seeing Kane back in the wrestling world is always enjoyable and he has never had a problem with being involved in comedic bits, as he showed during the 24/7 Championship segment.
Rather than donning the mask, Kane brought out his legitimate real-life job as Mayor Glenn Jacobs. With Truth openly forgetting who he was because there was no mask, the two were involved in several funny segments.
However, while on the American Football pitch, Truth turned around and ran into the posts, knocking himself out. It was a truly ridiculous moment and way to win the title, but it was still funny.
1 The Wedding
Without a doubt, the most ridiculous way that the 24.7 Championship has changed hands so far was at Drake Maverick's wedding. The fact he and R-Truth were willing to actually go to this level of extremes to get the title over was very impressive.
This wasn't just a fake moment for the sake of the title but was actually Maverick's legitimate wedding. Having just got married, he ended up being pinned as he walked back down the aisle by Truth.
It was a hilarious moment and remains the most well-known segment involving this title. Maverick and Truth have done more for the title than anyone else, and this particular moment was a sign of how committed they are.
