10 Female Wrestlers With The Longest Tenures In WWE History, Ranked

In the 1990s and 2000s, few female wrestlers lasted longer than a handful of years in WWE, but since the 2010s, it is almost common for a woman to surpass that mark and even work for more than 10 years in the company. Today there is longevity and a sense of loyalty, something that wasn't a common practice before.

We will not take into account cases like Trish Stratus, who is currently wrestling, two decades after her debut, but spent several years inactive. The tenure has to be uninterrupted, beyond a well-deserved rest of a couple of months, or an absence to recover from an injury. Let's take a look at the female wrestlers with the longest tenure in WWE history.

10 Sasha Banks (2012-2022):10 Years

Alexa Bliss was signed by WWE in 2013 despite having no professional experience. She trained for about a year until she made her televised in-ring debut on the May 15, 2014, episode of NXT in a match against Charlotte Flair. Bliss eventually made it to the main roster and won the RAW Women's Title three times, the SmackDown Women's Title twice and the Women's Tag Team Championship three times as well. Right now, Bliss is pregnant, but is still part of the WWE roster.

She was a very important wrestler in the Divas division and contributed a lot to the development of women's wrestling. She was a two-time Divas Champion, including a 301-day reign. It is worth mentioning that we did not include Brie Bella because she took an extended hiatus and did not wrestle in 2017.

Just like her father, Charlotte Flair has always been very passionate about wrestling, and she signed with WWE in 2012. On the July 17, 2013, episode of NXT, she made her in-ring debut, defeating Bayley. Charlotte eventually became The Queen, and she is now the female wrestler with the most Titles in WWE history, and, if it wasn’t enough, she could become the wrestler with the most World Titles overall. Charlotte has had many amazing matches, and great moments, proving that she is indeed Ric Flair’s daughter.

Tamina made her WWE debut in 2010, and has worked for the company ever since. Truth be told, her career has been lackluster, she hasn't had any memorable moments and simply isn't as talented as most of her peers. Still, she has fulfilled her role as a monster heel and has managed to stay in the biggest wrestling company for 13 years, and that definitely deserves credit.
