10 Naked Mideon
Mideon was part of The Ministry of Darkness during the Attitude Era. This phase of his career was the most memorable one in Mideon's WWE career. He also received a reign with the European Championship around this time.
Fans probably forget the moment he tried the 'Naked Mideon' gimmick after his stint with The Ministry of Darkness. Wearing just a thong, fanny pack, and boots, Naked Mideon roamed around arenas where WWE held events.
9 WWE Interviewed Brian Pillman's Wife Right After His Death
Brian Pillman sadly passed away in 1997. He was part of the WWE roster back then, and he died due to a heart attack. While it was an unfortunate incident, WWE didn't adequately honor his death.
Vince McMahon interviewed Brian's wife, Melanie Pillman, on the night after his death, which was unfathomable to a myriad of fans. The interview was disrespectful to Brian Pillman and his family right after his death.
8 The Show Continued After Owen Hart's Death
Owen Hart's accident was one of the darkest chapters in WWE history, not just the Attitude Era. At the age of 34, Owen Hart succumbed to his death after falling from arena rafters during his Blue Blazer entrance.

7 Val Venis Slept With Goldust's Wife
Val Venis's character was certainly tailor-made for the Attitude Era. But when he started sleeping with wives of other people, the booking was ridiculous, and it happened with Dustin Runnels as well.
When Val Venis and Dustin were having a feud, the former slept with the latter's wife, Terri Runnels. Venis showed Dustin Runnels his new adult movie featuring him and Terri Runnels.
6 Mideon Drank Undertaker's Blood
One of the strangest incidents of the Attitude Era was when The Undertaker slit his wrist with a knife. As the leader of the Ministry of Darkness, Undertaker kidnapped Dennis Knight, then he slit his wrist on RAW and poured it in a glass. Dennis Knight, who was laying down, drank the blood on live TV. Later, he transformed into Mideon.
Undertaker welcomed Mideon into The Ministry of Darkness by making him drink his blood. It was a such bad segment, but not many people talk about it nowadays.
5 Big Boss Man Dragged Big Show's Dead Father's Casket With A Car
Everybody remembered when The Undertaker hanged The Big Boss Man in the ring. But the latter was part of another infamous incident in the Attitude Era while having a feud with Big Show in 1999.
Big Show was at the funeral of his kayfabe father. Big Boss Man interrupted the funeral. First, he ran over Big Show, and then he dragged the casket out of the graveyard on the back of his car. Big Show tried to save it by jumping on the coffin, but he failed to stop Big Boss Man.
4 Al Snow Ate His Dog
Big Boss Man did a lot of vile things to create heat in the Attitude Era, including during his rivalry with Al Snow. Boss Man kidnaped Al Snow's dog, Pepper. The stipulation was to return the dog if Snow had won a fight between them. Snow lost the bout, but Big Boss Man generously invited Snow for a dinner.
The dinner was the dog Pepper, which was revealed after Al had already begun eating. It was a detestable moment that shouldn't have been included in a storyline
3 Mae Young Was Popwerbombed In Her 70s
Mae Young had a memorable run in the Attitude Era, even though she was in her 70s at that time. Her romance with Mark Henry garnered attention, and she was even pregnant and gave birth to a rubber hand as part of a storyline.

But during her pregnancy, most fans probably don't remember that she was powerbombed through tables, not once but twice. The Dudley Boyz powerbombed her at the age of 77.
2 Fake Miscarriage Of Terri Runnels
Val Venis dumped Terri Runnels as soon as she declared to be pregnant. Terri and Jacqueline formed a team called Pretty Mean Sister, and they aligned with D'Lo Brown and Mark Henry.
D'Lo once accidentally knocked Terri Runnels off the ring apron. She claimed the accident caused the miscarriage. However, it was later revealed that the whole pregnancy and miscarriage were fake.
1 Road Warrior Hawk's Suicide
Due to having an adult-friendly Attitude Era product, WWE didn't mind showing real-life issues of their wrestlers into storylines. The Road Warrior Hawk's real-life alcohol and drug addiction problems were exploited on TV.
Hawk's performance dropped due to his addiction. Consequently, he attempted suicide by climbing the top of a Titantron. The new member of Road Warriors, Puke, later pushed Hawk off the Titantron to kill him in kayfabe.
