WWE Considering Repackaging of Maximum Male Models Duo
With the emergence of Maxxine Dupri as the manager of Alpha Academy and after hints on Twitter that things were not well, recent moves on WWE programming have raised questions about the future of ma.çé and mån.sôör from Maximum Male Models. The answer seems to be that the tag team will be repackaged by WWE and new gimmicks assigned to both performers.
According to reports, there are plans to potentially reimagine the duo, although specific details remain scarce at this time. They could be kept together and they could be split apart, but it doesn't sound like Maxxine will be part of their future, and the "model" gimmick -- while mildly popular among some fans -- is likely to be dropped.
Insiders familiar with WWE Creative have shared that Vince McMahon initially showed interest in Maximum Male Models but wanted to avoid any "flamboyant" elements. Clearly that didn't happen as the team was more flamboyant than any team since perhaps Chuck and Billy or Breezango. Now that McMahon is seemingly back in the fold creatively (calling in changes remotely) their appearances on WWE programming have been significantly scaled back. Maxxine leaving the group and social media posts saying the two sides were at odd are the latest developments following Max Durpi returning to his LA Knight moniker.

What's Next For These Two Stars?
For both performers, this will be another trip back to the drawing board. For ma.çé, this is now his third time being repackaged. It's not clear if reintroducing these two as something else will even work. Going back to their old characters likely isn't an option, because they didn't really have notable gimmicks and it's a bit disheartening to learn that WWE won't let them try to run with these characters to see if they can't get them over.
Time will tell as to where all of this goes and whether either wrestler will be used until a new idea is brought forward.
