What Angela & Michael Are Up To Since Tell-All Break-Up

Angela Deem and Michael Ilesanmi seemingly broke up during the 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 6 Tell-All special and are now posting several clues that while they were together at first, they might be getting divorced soon. It’s been two years since Michael and Angela married in Nigeria, and Michael has been waiting for his US visa ever since. Meanwhile, Angela looks nothing like herself after losing almost 100 lbs. She’s been posting romantic videos with a mystery man on Instagram. After all, Angela no longer shares it with Michael who’s back with his own IG profile after years which fueled the rumors of a split amongst 90 Day Fiancé fans.
In April 2021, Angela had claimed that her married life with Michael was hell. It was later revealed on 90 Day Fiancé that the reason was Michael wanting a baby but Angela choosing to have a makeover and getting work done instead. Angela getting flirty with her doctors was also called out by Michael who has always been accused by Angela of cheating on her. Angela insisted that she was losing weight to look younger for Michael when he arrived in the US. However, after Michael mentioned Angela leaving from Dr. Obeng’s party in his car and refused to tell Aunt Lydia to respect his wife, Angela claimed that she was “done” with him. She claimed that since they married in Nigeria, “it ain’t legit here.” Angela also declared, “I don't want a divorce. I'll just do what I wanna do.” While storming out of the Tell-All a second time, Angela said, “I'm in my little hot outfit. I'm going out. And I'm going to get someone's f**king attention. And I'm gonna get some good attention” during the August 2021 episode.
Regardless, 90 Day Fiancé fans expected Angela and Michael to have gotten back together as they’ve always done. As expected, the couple got back together in November 2021, with Angela going live on TikTok with Michael amidst her ongoing brawl with her best friend Jojo and 90 Day Fiancé co-star Debbie Johnson. During Thanksgiving, Michael shared a wish with his fans via Angela's Instagram page. He also claimed that Angela was getting threats and addressed the Angela vs. Jojo vs. Debbie war by adding, “Please, I want that to end.” He also asked these “two ladies” to keep his wife’s name out of their mouths, claiming: “She’s my wife, I love her so much, and I’ve been hearing, seeing a lot of threats against her.”
In December 2021, fans saw Michael posting a heartbreaking message for Angela on her birthday again via their joint Instagram page. He wrote that he was counting down “the minutes” until he could finally meet Angela after two years. While Angela was celebrating her birthday with cast members in Las Vegas, she bumped into a fan who had a 10-minute conversation with the polarizing woman. “Her and Michael are still together and waiting on his visa,” the TLC viewer alleged on Reddit. Alas, it didn’t take long for Angela to hint at being single again when she posted a cryptic TikTok with a voiceover asking “Are you single?” She replies to it with, “Yeah... Uh-huh.” This audio bit is from “Candy Shop” by 50 Cent. Still, Angela claimed that she “forgot to change the music,” suggesting that things were well between her and Michael.
As of February 2022, the twist in Michael and Angela’s 90 Day Fiancé tale was delivered by Usman Umar a.k.a. Sojaboy when he revealed that Michael was back to using his own Instagram page. Angela reposted Michael and Usman’s post referring to them as birds of a feather. Usman retaliated by calling Angela a scammer, accusing her of using Michael’s hard-earned Cameo profit, and saying that she “still refused to take him to US.” Angela blocked Michael following Usman’s shocking IG story and wrote, “truth always comes to the light.” Hazlehurst resident Angela has now gone back to posting videos with a man called “The Thief of Hearts” while spreading kidney disease awareness on Instagram. In turn, Michael has an IG caption suggesting he’s single again. For now, it’s best to assume that Michael and Angela are no longer together. In any case, there are also rumors that Michael will arrive in the US in March, so all of this could just be a stunt to keep fans distracted until the upcoming 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season.
