Tyson Fury's Undisputed Heavyweight World Title bout against Oleksandr Usyk has been postponed due to a significant cut sustained by Fury during sparring, necessitating stitches. Originally scheduled for February 17 in Saudi Arabia, the high-stakes clash for all the belts will now be delayed, with the new date yet to be determined.

Fury has revealed his physique as many boxing insiders have questioned his commitment to training for the fight. This marks the second postponement for Fury, the first being a request for additional preparation time following a challenging bout against Francis Ngannou, an MMA star making his boxing debut. Despite being knocked down, Fury secured the victory by split decision.

Fury gave a physique update, which seemingly proves how serious he had been taking the Usyk fight before the delay. In an Instagram post, the WBC heavyweight champion shared a selfie of his physique and added the following caption.

"Cant help getting injured in sparring but what i can say was Usyk was in trouble i am in fantastic shape. i will reschedule as soon as i can. 2024 is a massive year for team GK #undisputed #wbcking"

With all the belts on the line, it is unclear whether the undisputed fight can be made at a later date with potential mandatories for each of the belts staking their claim.

The most likely to call for a mandatory defence is the IBF and it's unclear what Saudi Arabia will do to fill in the slated fight date on Feb 17.
