Titus O'Neil & The Miz Will Announce Selections For Their Favorite Teams At 2022 NFL Draft

WWE superstars Titus O'Neil and The Miz will have the honors of representing their favorite NFL franchises at next week's draft.

WWE.com announced that O'Neil and The A-Lister "will be representing their hometown teams and announcing selections at the 2022 NFL Draft in Las Vegas next week." The 2022 NFL Draft will run from Apr. 28 to Apr. 30 at the Caesars Forum in Paradise, Nevada. O'Neil and The Miz are longtime fans of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Cleveland Browns, respectively.

The company didn't specify which picks the two superstars will announce, or if they'll be doing all of them for their respective teams. Tampa Bay holds the No. 27 selection in round one, and Cleveland traded away their 2022 first-rounder (13th overall) to the Houston Texans as part of the Deshaun Watson trade.

The Browns hold the No. 44, 78, 99, 118, 202, 223 and 246 draft selections in 2022. Aside from the 27th overall pick, Tampa Bay also owns the No. 60, 91, 133, 248 and 261 picks.

Titus O'Neil suit

O'Neil, the WWE Global Ambassador, resides in Tampa Bay. He is also a fan of the NHL's Tampa Bay Lightning and the Tampa Bay Rays of Major League Baseball, even attending Game 4 of their 2020 World Series matchup against the Los Angeles Dodgers. The 2020 Warrior Award winner was also the co-host of WrestleMania 37 — which took place at the Bucs' home venue of Raymond James Stadium — with Hulk Hogan.

The Miz was born in Parma, which is less than 10 miles from Cleveland. He also supports the NBA's Cleveland Cavaliers and the Cleveland Guardians of Major League Baseball.

Titus O'Neil's Last WWE Match

O'Neil's busy position as the WWE Global Ambassador has kept him away from the ring for a while now. His last WWE match took place against Bobby Lashley on the Nov. 9, 2020 edition of Raw. The Almighty defeated O'Neil via submission to retain his United States Championship. Fortunately, fans of O'Neil won't have to wait too much longer to see him back on television.
