Rhea Ripley has had a long-standing admiration for Triple H, and now has the opportunity to work closely with him. In a 2020 interview with nine.com.au, Ripley expressed her excitement about working with The Game. “Growing up, Triple H is the reason I started watching WWE and the reason I started wrestling. Now he’s my boss and saying that I might be the one to main event WrestleMania in the next five years – to me that’s amazing. To think how far I’ve come from wrestling in little Adelaide, South Australia, to now having Triple H say nice words about me and putting me over everyone is wild.” Rhea added. “Sometimes you need a confidence boost in anything you do, and it’s nice to get that from someone like Triple H. I normally like to prove people wrong and that gets me going and that’s what makes me push myself to the next level but every now and then it’s nice to get some positivity and I can use that to become the best Rhea Ripley.”
In a recent interview with SPORTbible Australia, Ripley shared her thoughts on her connection with The Game. “Triple H is sort of like that father figure that I had in NXT, and now that he’s with us on Raw and SmackDown, it’s sort of gone back to that same feeling. He elevates you to this level that you didn’t even think you could get to. Him believing in me especially, after having that weird year between the first and second Mae Young I wasn’t really confident. He is one of the main reasons I re-found confidence in myself, he saw all this potential in me.”

Triple H Thinks Rhea Ripley Is On Roman Reigns' Level
During the first night of WrestleMania 39, Charlotte Flair and Rhea Ripley captivated the WWE Universe with their thrilling 23-minute match. Both competitors brought their A-game, delivering powerful moves and strikes. However, it was Rhea Ripley who ultimately came out on top, defeating Charlotte Flair and claiming the prestigious title of SmackDown Women's Champion.
After Rhea Ripley's momentous victory, the Chief Content Officer praised her during the post-show press conference on April 1st, “When you get to Rhea Ripley though, she’s 26 years old. The growth path that she is, I say this often to Roman [Reigns], that he operates storytelling and character-wise at a different level from everybody else, and he does. The continuity of everything he does and the way it all plays out, to me it’s at a different level. Rhea’s at that level now.”
Triple H believes sky's the limit for Rhea Ripley, “She’s getting to that level where she sells different, she works different, she looks different, her facials are different. Everything that she does is now clicking, and it never gaps. Her growth has been unbelievable. Every time I think, ‘Wow, she’s really peaking now,’ I find myself six months later going, ‘Holy s—, she hasn’t hit the surface yet.’ It’s amazing. She’s awesome.” At the young age of 26, Rhea Ripley is already a grand slam champion, Royal Rumble winner, and WrestleMania headliner. There's no stopping her.
