Seth Rollins Still Wants His Rematch Against Roman Reigns

Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns rose to the top of WWE side-by-side. They made their WWE main roster debut in 2013 together as two-thirds of The Shield alongside Dean Ambrose (now known as Jon Moxley). Seth Rollins Says Crossing Paths With Roman Reigns Is "Inevitable"

Seth Rollins promo to Roman Reigns

During an appearance on ESPN's First Take, Seth Rollins discussed his long history with Roman Reigns along with his hopes to face the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion again. Wrestling News Co. has provided the following transcription:

Yeah, it’s inevitable. Our story starts in 2012. We came in together. We broke in together as a team and have gone our separate ways but we’re both at the top of our games. Entering our prime, right in the meat of it. Both World Champions at the same time on separate brands - him on SmackDown, me on Raw. I think inevitably we’re going to cross paths again. We have to. I’m looking forward to it. He’s on an incredible run right now, one of the longest title reigns of all time. Along the way, there’s only been one guy he hasn’t been able to put away and you’re looking at him. If it comes down to it, we’re going to have to tangle one more time.

Currently, Seth Rollins is in the midst of a feud with the Judgment Day while Roman Reigns is dealing with the implosion of his Bloodline. Fans will have to wait and see if Seth and Roman do indeed get to tangle again in the future.
