Modifying monitor definitions - Documentation for BMC AMI Ops Monitor for CICS 7.3

When you are satisfied with the definition, use the END command to complete the definition and return to the CDLYDEF view.

To discard your work and return to the CDLYDEF view, use the CANCEL command.

To reset the definition’s parameters to their original values, use the RESET command.

To activate the modified definition, use the INSTALL command as explained in Starting delay analysis monitors. BMC AMI Ops Monitor for CICS stops monitoring the regions specified in the original definition. After that, monitoring immediately begins again with the updated definition if it is within the specified time range. Otherwise, monitoring begins at the onset of the next daily time range.
