Meanwhile, Benavidez registered an official weight of 161.2 pounds, comfortably below the limit for their Showtime PPV co-feature. Charlo, in his second attempt to make weight on the Nevada State Athletic Commission's scale, came in heavier at 166.6 pounds, compared to his initial attempt.

While Benavidez was only 1.2 pounds over the middleweight maximum of 160 pounds, Charlo managed to stay 1.6 pounds below the super middleweight limit of 168 pounds.
