Every man involved played their part excellently, as there were multiple mind-blowing spots and the right winner was chosen. The Rated R Superstar managed to climb the ladder and take the briefcase, which was one of the biggest moments of his career.

Christian and Edge, The Hardy Boyz and the Dudley Boyz had one of the best rivalries in WWE history, and adding Chris Jericho and Chris Benoit was a massive success. This match was truly brutal, with several jaw-dropping spots and superlative performances from all the men involved. In the end, Jericho and Benoit won the match and retained the gold.

Even though Y2J was already 47 years old, this was one of the best performances of his career, which is admirable. Obviously, credit has to be given to Omega as well. The build to this match was perfect. It was an epic 34-minute affair, with hard-hitting action at its finest. To say this match was a masterpiece is an understatement.

5 Stadium Stampede Match – AEW Double Or Nothing 2020 (Rating: 9.21)

Chris Jericho and the rest of The Inner Circle (Jake Hager, Ortiz, Sammy Guevara and Santana) faced off against Matt Hardy and The Elite (Adam Page, Kenny Omega, Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson) in a Stadium Stampede match that took place at AEW Double Or Nothing 2020.

This match was previously taped, so it's understandable why it was so spectacular. There were amazing spots, comedy segments and tremendous performances from the men involved. In the end, Matt Hardy and The Elite prevailed.

4 Vs. Shawn Michaels – No Mercy 2008 (Rating: 9.25)

In the main event of No Mercy 2008, Chris Jericho defended the World Heavyweight Title against Shawn Michaels in a ladder match. Both the Heartbreak Kid and Y2J were experts in ladder matches and, indeed, they delivered an unforgettable bout, perhaps the best ladder match in WWE history.

The matchup had moments of technique, as well as moments of brutality and violence. Jericho and Michaels fought with intensity from start to finish, until the former managed to get the victory and retain the title.

On May 21, 2001 during an episode of Raw, Chris Jericho and Chris Benoit challenged Triple H and Stone Cold Steve Austin to a World Tag Team Title Match.

All the performers were great, but Jericho was unstoppable. He single-handedly managed to dominate Steve Austin, even blocking the Stunner, and he dominated Triple H as well, countering a Pedigree with a Walls of Jericho in epic fashion. It was also Y2J who pinned Austin to win the match and obtain Tag Team gold.

2 Vs. Chris Benoit – Royal Rumble 2001 (Rating: 9.33)

As said before, Chris Jericho was always a Ladder match specialist, in fact, he has never lost with this stipulation. This match against Chris Benoit at Royal Rumble 2001 is more proof of how talented Jericho is.

Jericho and Benoit completely stole the show in a terrific matchup. It was dramatic, intense and spectacular. There were several insane and innovative spots that had the crowd on the edge of their seats. In the end, Chris Jericho managed to defeat Chris Benoit to become Intercontinental Champion.

In this match Chris Jericho put his Intercontinental Title on the line, while Rey Mysterio had to remove his mask if he lost. The storytelling was amazing, Jericho did sublime heel work, while Rey Mysterio was gaining more and more crowd support as the match went on.

No wonder the rating of this match is so high, as Jericho and Mysterio really put on an exceptional show. The bout was perfectly paced, with back and forth action, stunning counters and flawless spots. Rey Mysterio defeated Jericho and won the Intercontinental Championship.
