Charlotte Flair's Body Transformation Over The Years, Told In Photos

Charlotte Flair has now been a professional wrestler with WWE for over 10 years after signing her first NXT contract in 2012. Flair is already a 16-time champion in WWE, equalling the record set by her father Ric Flair during his illustrious career. Considering that Charlotte is still in the prime of her career, she will likely end up as the most decorated Champion in WWE history, as she is already well ahead of any active male or female wrestlers.

While Charlotte's in-ring wrestling career may have started in NXT, that wasn't the first time she was seen on wrestling television. Charlotte appeared on WCW television in 1993 during a vignette for Ric Flair at Starrcade 93 at the age of 7 years old. Charlotte would return to WCW television during a feud between her father and half-brother David Flair at the 2000 Great American Bash pay-per-view.

At the age of seven years old, Charlotte Flair technically made her debut. Albeit during a vignette for her father's 1993 Starrcade match. The pre-Charlotte Flair was standing with her brother Reid, and half-siblings Megan and David.

Charlotte, Reid, and David would all play bigger roles later in their father's time in WCW. While Megan would go on to marry Conrad Thompson, a popular wrestling podcast host.

9 Late WCW Debut

Seven years after her on-screen debut, a now teenage Charlotte Flair would become slightly more active on WCW programming. During David's feud with his father Ric, David and Vince Russo would involve the family in vignettes by raiding the family home.

Charlotte and Reid successfully stopped Vince Russo from interfering in a match between David and Ric Flair at the Great American Bash, saving Ric's in-ring career at the time.

8 WWE Debut

In 2008, some four years before she signed her first WWE contract, Charlotte appeared on an episode of Raw during Ric Flair's retirement segment. Charlotte came to the ring accompanied by her brothers David and Reid, her sister Morgan, and Ric's third wife Tiffany.

While coming to the ring, Charlotte would be announced by her real name, Ashley, by Triple H because she would only adopt the name Charlotte after signing her first NXT contract.

7 NXT Start

In 2012, Charlotte signed her first WWE contract and began training in WWE's developmental program at the performance center. In 2013, Charlotte made her televised debut defeating Bayley. before being thrown into a feud with NXT Women's Champion Paige.

After Paige was stripped of the NXT Women's Championship, Charlotte would win her first title, winning the tournament to crown the new NXT Women's Champion. Flair would eventually lose the title to Sasha Banks at TakeOver: Rival in 2015.

6 Team PCB

In 2015, the women's division in WWE was seemingly split into several smaller groups. One of the groups revolved around the Bella Twins, another was Team BAD, and a third one was Team PCB, which stood for Paige, Charlotte, and Becky.

The teams saw the main roster debut for Charlotte, as well as Lynch and Sasha Banks as a part of the Women's Revolution in WWE. The group wouldn't last long, as Paige would eventually turn on Charlotte and Becky later the same year.

5 Divas Champion

Right before Team PCB split, Charlotte would dethrone Nikki Bella to win her first main roster title. Charlotte would hold the title until it was retired at WrestleMania 32. Before WrestleMania, Lita announced that the Divas Championship would be replaced by the new WWE Women's Championship.

The title would be decided by a triple threat match at the event between reigning Divas champion Charlotte, Becky Lynch, and Sasha Banks. The match is considered the best match on the WrestleMania 32 card by many fans.

4 Raw Women's Champion

Flair would win the triple threat match at WrestleMania 32, allowing her to become the first WWE Women's Champion since the original title was unified with the Divas Championship in 2010. A few months after WrestleMania, WWE re-instituted the brand split and with Charlotte and her title drafted to Raw.

Not long after the brand split, Charlotte and Sasha Banks would trade the Raw women's Champion back and forth until the Roadblock pay-per-view in December 2016.

3 WrestleMania Main Event

At WrestleMania 35, Charlotte, Becky Lynch, and Ronda Rousey, made history to become the first women to ever wrestle in the main event of a WrestleMania. Not only was the event going to be the first time women were in WrestleMania's main event, but the match has both the Raw and SmackDown titles on the line.

Going into the event, Charlotte held the SmackDown Women's title, Rousey had the Raw Women's title, and Becky Lynch was the winner of the Royal Rumble.

2 Return to NXT

In 2020, Charlotte Flair won her first-ever Royal Rumble after coming in as the 17th entrant. With her win, Charlotte chose to challenge Rhea Ripley for the NXT Women's Champion. Their match on day 2 of WrestleMania 36 marked the first time the NXT Championship was defended at WrestleMania.

Flair defeated Ripley at WrestleMania, making her the second woman to hold the NXT title twice. Flair would hold the title for two months before losing to Io Shirai in a triple-threat match, that also involved Rhea Ripley, at TakeOver: In Your House.

1 Grand Slam Champion

In December 2020, Charlotte finally won the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship to become the fourth woman in the promotion to become a Grand Slam Champion after Bayley, Asuka, and Sasha Banks.

Charlotte would win the title alongside Asuka as a last-minute replacement for Asuka's original tag team partner, Lana. Lana was injured in the storyline by the tag champions Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler in the lead-up to the event, meaning that Asuka would need a new partner for the event.
