In her career, Charlotte has become a triple crown winner, winning every female championship except for the Women's Tag Team Championship. In total, she had had 12 title reigns so far. Some of her reigns have been incredibly long and dominant, but others have been short and quick. Let's look at The Queen's longest and shortest reigns.
10 Shortest: Raw Women's Championship - 29 Days (2016)
Charlotte Flair's third reign with the Raw Women's Championship started out on a high. She and Sasha Banks became the first women to main event a WWE PPV when Charlotte challenged Sasha for the Raw Women's Title inside Hell In A Cell at Hell In A Cell 2016.
Charlotte ended up pulling out the win, becoming the first woman to win a WWE PPV main event. Her title reign only went downhill from there though, she held the title for only 29 days before losing it back to Sasha Banks in a Falls Count Anywhere match on the November 28th, 2016 episode of Raw.
9 Longest: NXT Women's Championship - 63 Days (2020)
After winning the 2020 Women's Royal Rumble match, Charlotte made the shocking announcement that she would challenge Rhea Ripley for the NXT Women's Championship at WrestleMania 36.

Charlotte ended up defeating Ripley, winning her second NXT Women's Title. While this reign ended up being one of her longest, it was largely uneventful. She defended the title only once against Io Shirai before she lost the title to Shirai in a Triple Threat match also involving Rhea Ripley at NXT TakeOver: In Your House.
8 Shortest: SmackDown Women's Championship - 27 Days (2018)
Charlotte has not had a lot of great SmackDown Women's Championship reigns, as will be predominantly noticeable as this list goes on. The Queen won her second SmackDown Women's Title at SummerSlam 2018, defeating former champion Carmella and Becky Lynch in a Triple Threat match.
Becky Lynch attacked Charlotte immediately after the match, setting up a title match between the two at Hell In A Cell 2018. Charlotte put up a great fight in the match, but the red hot Lynch was too much for her, ending Charlotte's reign at just 27 days.
7 Longest: WWE Women's Championship - 113 Days (2016)
At WrestleMania 32, Charlotte made history by defeating Sasha Banks and Becky Lynch in a blockbuster Triple Threat match to become the inaugural WWE Women's Champion. That was a great start to her reign, and it only got better from there.
Charlotte was unstoppable throughout, successfully defending the title on 4 different occasions. It looked like no one was going to be able to take the title off her. But, on the July 3rd, 2016 episode of Raw, Sasha Banks was able to put together a heroic effort to defeat Charlotte and end her reign at 113 days.
6 Shortest: SmackDown Women's Championship - 12 Days (2019)
Leading up to her historic main event match at WrestleMania 35, Charlotte was given a SmackDown Women's Championship match against Asuka on the March 26th, 2019 episode of SmackDown.

Charlotte defeated Asuka for the title, making her WrestleMania 35 match against Raw Women's Champion Ronda Rousey and Becky Lynch a winner take all match for the Raw and SmackDown Women's Championships. Lynch pinned Rousey to win the match and titles resulting in Charlotte's reign ending at 12 days.
5 Longest: SmackDown Women's Championship - 146 Days (2017 - 2018)
After moving to SmackDown as part of the Superstar Shakeup in April of 2017, Charlotte immediately set her sights on the SmackDown Women's Championship. It took a while but she finally came through by defeating Natalya to win her first SmackDown Women's Title on the November 14th, 2017 episode of SmackDown.
Charlotte was utterly dominant throughout her reign defeating everyone in her path, with her signature moment coming when she defeated Asuka at WrestleMania 35 to end her undefeated streak. The only person who was able to defeat Charlotte was Carmella when she cashed in Money in The Bank on the April 10th, 2018 episode of SmackDown.
4 Shortest: SmackDown Women's Championship - 4 Days (2019)
At Hell In A Cell 2019, Charlotte defeated Bayley to win her 5th SmackDown Women's Championship. Charlotte was extremely hot at the time, which made it all the more shocking when her reign ended after just 4 days.
On the October 11th, 2019 episode of SmackDown, Bayley was given her rematch for the title. It was the same person that Charlotte faced 4 days earlier but it wasn't the same competitor. Bayley came out more fierce and aggressive than usual which caught Charlotte off guard, causing her to lose the title.
3 Longest: Divas Championship - 195 Days (2015 - 2016)
The first title Charlotte won on the main roster was the Divas Championship, during which she put the entire WWE roster on notice. Charlotte won the Divas Title by defeating Nikki Bella at Night Of Champions 2015.

For the entirety of her reign, she was unmatched. She took on many different challengers but none were able to take the championship off her. The only reason her reign ended at 195 days, was because the title was retired at WrestleMania 32 when the WWE Women's Championship was introduced.
2 Shortest: SmackDown Women's Championship - 4 Minutes, 55 Seconds (2019)
At Money In The Bank 2019, Charlotte was able to overcome Becky Lynch to win her 4th SmackDown Women's Championship. The victory was great but the reign not so much. After the match, Charlotte and Lacey Evans unleashed an assault on Becky Lynch which caused Bayley, who just won Money In The Bank, to come out and even the odds.
After fighting off Evans, Bayley cashed in Money In The Bank on Charlotte to challenge for her SmackDown Women's Title. In less than 30 seconds, Bayley was able to put Charlotte away and claim the title, which ended Charlotte's reign at 4 minutes and 55 seconds.
1 Longest: NXT Women's Championship - 258 Days (2014 - 2015)
As this list has shown, Charlotte has had many long title reigns but you have to go all the way back to the first title she ever won to find her longest. At NXT TakeOver, Charlotte beat Natalya in a tournament final match to win the NXT Women's Championship.
Charlotte went on to hold the title for over 8 months, defeating the best women NXT had. She successfully defended her title against Summer Rae, Bayley, and Sasha Banks on multiple occasions until she lost it to Banks in a four-way match which also involved Bayley and Becky Lynch.
