Becky Lynch Filmed A Credits Scene For A Marvel Movie But It Got Cut
Pro wrestling, whether intentional or not, has been used as a stepping stone to a Hollywood career for a number of different wrestlers. John Cena, Batista, and, of course, the man who might well be one of the biggest actors on the planet right now, The Rock. It seems Becky Lynch is trying to take that path at the moment now too, and she has already filmed a scene for a role in what is the holy grail for a lot of actors.
Becky Lynch In The MCU
According to a new report from Fightful Select (via ComicBook.com), Lynch not only read for a role in the MCU, she actually filmed a scene for one of its movies. While the role Lynch landed still hasn't been revealed, apparently the scene she filmed was initially planned to be used during the credits of 2021's Eternals. That scene was cut by the time Eternals hit cinemas with one source claiming it was deemed “too depressing”.

Even though Lynch's Marvel debut has been locked away in a Disney vault, that doesn't mean she will never be in the MCU. Apparently, the MCU team was impressed with her performance, and it's likely the scene will be used at a different time. Or Lynch will be invited back and the character she was cast as will debut in Marvel's sprawling universe in another way.
An Eternals Credits Scene
If you've seen Eternals, you'll know the credits scene Marvel went with included the debut of Harry Styles as Starfox, Thanos's brother. Again, it's unclear whether this was a completely different direction from the one Marvel planned with Lynch and whoever she played, or if it was a tweaked version of the scene they filmed with the WWE Superstar. Perhaps Big Time Becks was supposed to be an Eternal MCU fans haven't been introduced to yet.
Even though Lynch hasn't debuted in Marvel's cinematic universe just yet, she has already got her acting career underway. The former Raw Women's Champion debuted in Young Rock during the season three premiere, portraying music legend Cyndi Lauper. Lauper was an attendee at the WrestleMania party shown during episode one, and since that era of wrestling is revisited regularly on the show, it might mean Lynch plays Lauper again in the future.
