10 Most Memorable Moments From WrestleMania 38
The most stupendous WrestleMania of all time, as WWE would have us believe, has come and gone. In many ways, the two nights surprised us and delivered fun and exciting shows filled with celebrity appearances, glitzy and elaborate entrances, and high-quality wrestling matches.

With every WrestleMania, there are always those moments that etch their place in our minds for years to come. When we look back at WrestleMania 38, these are a few of the moments that will ultimately stand out the most.
10 Logan Paul's Performance
One thing wrestling fans can appreciate is when WWE brings in celebrities for matches at the biggest show of the year and the celebrity takes it seriously. You can tell that Logan Paul prepared for his match with The Miz versus The Mysterios.
Not only did he fully embrace his heel persona, but he showed great athleticism with some of his spots. Paul looked to be in his element riling up the crowd, specifically when he mocked Eddie Guerrero with his three amigos & frog splash. WWE seemingly left the door open for future Logan Paul appearances by having The Miz turn on him after their match.
9 Wee-Man Bodyslamming Sami Zayn
In an encounter that more so resembled an episode of Jackass as opposed to a wrestling match, Wee-Man brought the Dallas crowd to their feet when he scooped up Sami Zayn for a slam in his match with Johnny Knoxville.
Going into the match, expectations of a classic wrestling contest would've been foolish. If bowling balls to the groin and mousetrap laced wooden tables are your fancy, this match delivered. Kudos to Johnny Knoxville for taking some stiff shots from Zayn, and to Zayn for carrying the MTV star to an entertaining segment, but the crowd popped most for Wee-Man's feat of strength.
8 Edge's Entrance And Formation Of New Stable
There was nothing to dislike about what Edge and AJ Styles did on WrestleMania Sunday. Edge's elaborate entrance with the flaming throne and new theme music was a very cool sight and the match that followed was a definite banger. The two stars brought a big fight feel to the card that up until then had kind of dragged on.

Coming out of the contest, fans will not only be counting down to the inevitable rematch but also seeking some answers as to what's next for the newly formed duo of Edge and Damien Priest. Talks in recent days of a stable being led by The Rated R Superstar on Raw seemed to be confirmed. How it plays out will be interesting to witness.
7 Bianca Belair & Becky Lynch Steal The Show
This match felt like a WrestleMania main event, and both women performed as if they had a chip on their shoulders. It was the perfect culmination of a long story that started last summer. The entrances for both were elaborate, the ring gear was different, and the wrestling didn't disappoint.
Bianca Belair and Becky Lynch pumped out what was an early Match of the year candidate, and certainly one of the best women's matches we've ever seen. It will be interesting to see if they give us another chapter to this story, or if the book is finally closed.
6 Roman Reigns Becomes The Undisputed WWE Universal Champion
In what was dubbed the biggest WrestleMania match in history, Roman Reigns conquered The Beast Brock Lesnar to become the first undisputed champion in WWE since 2016. The result will probably stand out more than the match itself, if you've seen one Brock versus Roman match, you've seen them all. What's noteworthy is that the historic reign of The Tribal Chief continues, as he is now approaching 600 days as champion.
Finding a credible challenger and an actual threat to dethrone Roman will be a tall order for WWE. They've spent the better part of the last 8 months establishing that no one else on the roster can match up with Lesnar and Reigns. When someone eventually defeats him, it will be a star-making moment.
5 Cody Rhodes Wins & Tribute To Dusty Rhodes
Cody Rhodes returning to WWE to face Seth Rollins in 2022 at WrestleMania is a headlining piece of news in its own right, but how he won the match was a moment to remember.
After 20-plus minutes of back and forth action with many near falls, Cody was on the verge of putting Rollins away after two consecutive Cross-Rhodes. Before connecting with a third, he hit a Dusty jab that brought the crowd to its feet. After a few punches, he connected with his father's vaunted bionic elbow in what was a touching tribute and an exclamation point on a night that Dusty would've been proud of.
4 Stone Cold Steve Austin and Vince McMahon Face-Off Once Again
You can't have Mr. McMahon without Stone Cold Steve Austin. In a throwback to 1998 and a rivalry that arguably saved WWE at the time, Stone Cold and Vince McMahon shared the ring once again, and just like almost every time they have in the past, it ended with Austin hitting McMahon with a stunner and bringing the fans to their feet.

It's a testament to how good these two are together, knowing that a stunner and beer-bath are coming, yet the fans popping like they can't get enough of it. It was a fun moment for everyone watching, and one we thought we'd never see again.
3 Pat McAfee's Performance
One of the major takeaways from WrestleMania this year was how incredibly over Pat McAfee was in Dallas. The energy that he brought out of the WWE universe was amazing, and his match with Austin Theory was one of the most fun bouts of the entire weekend.
Whether you agree or not with him winning is a story in itself, and the post-match stuff with him losing to 76-year-old Vince McMahon after just defeating a 26-year-old notwithstanding, there was no denying that McAfee belonged on Sunday night. The entrance with the Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders and his theme music "Seven Nation Army" set the tone for what followed, one of the best 3 or 4 matches of WrestleMania 38.
2 The American Nightmare Cody Rhodes Returns To WWE
Every person in AT&T Stadium either knew or had a good idea that Seth Rollins' mystery opponent was going to be Cody Rhodes, but that didn't stop a pop that could only be compared to the one The Hardy Boys received at WrestleMania 33 when they returned. It was electric. The entire presentation was special, and Cody Rhodes came off as a legit superstar talent.
WWE did a good job with this whole story, stringing the fans along for as long as possible before revealing Rhodes, building anticipation every second until "Kingdom" by Downstait was heard. Amazing to see considering all that has happened in the six years between his departure, helping create AEW, and eventually leaving to return.
1 Stone Cold Steve Austin's Return
The highlight of the weekend and WrestleMania 38 as a whole had to be when Stone Cold's music hit and the fans exploded upon hearing the glass break. It had been 19 years since Austin was in the ring for an actual match, and seeing it happen in 2022 was a sight not soon to be forgotten. You could only be happy for The Texas Rattlesnake as for him, the night served as a conclusion to his career that he could live with. He picked the time and place, and Dallas the city. The place he started his career, and this past weekend, ended it.
