And Dr. Seuss's books are known to be in the reading range of children between kindergarten and the third grade.
More specifically, the book Lesnar is reading is a parody of the famed Dr. Seuss children's book known as One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish. In this meme, the design for the WWE Intercontinental Championship is outdated while the WWE World Tag Team Championship, which is also featured in this meme, was officially retired in 2010.
