10 Best Moments Of WWE's Bloodline Storyline, Ranked
The Bloodline story has been ongoing in some way, shape, or form ever since Roman Reigns’ return to action in 2020, becoming The Tribal Chief and turning heel. Since then, the storyline involving the cast of Paul Heyman, The Usos, Sami Zayn, and several more has taken twists, turns, and offered up some of the best content WWE has seen for many years.

It has certainly been up there with the best storylines WWE has ever put forth, with more time and planning clearly going into it than any other on WWE TV. Picking out the best moments is certainly a tough ask, with there being so many highlights.
10 Honorary Uce Sami Zayn
Sami Zayn had been trying to join The Bloodline for quite some time, initially being used by Roman Reigns to help in his mind games with Kevin Owens and to gain the advantage over his opponents. Eventually though, much to the chagrin of Jey Uso, Sami Zayn was accepted and earned his place.
It was an interesting dynamic with The Bloodline being heels but fans loving Zayn, though it worked, and the moment where he was given his “Honorary Uce” t-shirt was a joyous moment, especially with the bait and switch of fans thinking his time was up.
9 Solo Sikoa Debuts
Drew McIntyre was seconds away from winning the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship in front of a hometown crowd at the Clash in the Castle PPV, but the referee was yanked out of the ring before the three count.
It was revealed that the debuting Solo Sikoa, younger brother of The Usos, was the man behind it. Although fans were furious at the time, this was a high profile debut and instantly made him a big focus of the storyline, going on to get more and more involved in the year since.
8 Jimmy Uso Turns On Roman Reigns At Night Of Champions
Jimmy Uso had had enough of Roman Reigns by the time Night of Champions rolled around. After Reigns continued to push around The Usos, Jimmy decided to take matters into his own hands and superkick the soul out of Reigns.
This allowed Sami Zayn & Kevin Owens to work together to beat Solo Sikoa and Reigns, with a conflicted Jey looking on as a relieved Jimmy stood there too. There were so many elements at play here and it made for a chaotic and thrilling end to the main event.
7 Jey Uso Finally Embraces Sami Zayn Inside War Games
Ever since Sami Zayn’s alliance with The Bloodline began, Jey Uso had been the one who had the biggest issue with it. He didn’t like the fact that Zayn was infiltrating his family, but at Survivor Series War Games, they finally embraced.

Zayn put himself on the line for the group, helping to put down his former friend Kevin Owens. After the match, Jey finally accepted Zayn in a massive moment for their friendship.
6 Roman Reigns’ Hell In A Cell Turmoil
Roman Reigns’ descent into darkness began back in 2020, and he solidified his heel turn during a personal and brilliant rivalry with Jey Uso. In what was the first chapter of The Bloodline saga, Reigns issues a brutal beatdown of his own cousin.
Jimmy Uso arrived to try and help the situation, leading to Reigns breaking down and crying at what he was doing. It was an emotional moment with some terrific acting, but in the end, Reigns doubled down on his heel persona and took out The Usos, leading to Jey saying “I Quit” and ultimately acknowledging his Tribal Chief.
5 Sami Zayn’s Hometown Welcome
One of the biggest positives of The Bloodline storyline came with Sami Zayn’s natural babyface turn and support from the fans, and after he turned to feud with the group, his reactions only increased.
He would do battle with Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship in Montreal, arriving to a thunderous and goosebump-including hometown welcome. Zayn felt like the biggest star in WWE at that moment, and it came about due to this storyline.
4 Jey Uso Pins Roman Reigns
The Bloodline imploded ahead of Money in the Bank 2023, leading to the “Bloodline Civil War” as The Usos took on Roman Reigns & Solo Sikoa.
For the first time in over three years, Reigns was pinned in what was a shocking and incredible moment. To make it even sweeter, it was Jey Uso who picked up the win - the man who first feuded with Reigns after his return and had been at the brunt of all the manipulation and abuse for the last three years.
3 Sami Zayn & Kevin Owens Dethrone The Usos
The first steps in the downfall of The Bloodline came at WrestleMania 39 when in the main event of night one, Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens dethroned The Usos’ record-breaking reign as Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions in a brilliant moment.
Seeing Zayn and Owens get one over on the group was brilliant, and seeing these two in the main event of WrestleMania with gold around their waists was one hell of an image.
2 “Ucey” Promo
One of the best Bloodline moments was completely unplanned. During what was supposed to be a serious segment, Sami Zayn pulled out the word “Ucey” leading to everyone in the ring cracking up, and being unable to hide this break in character.

Even Roman Reigns couldn’t help but break, and the crowd absolutely loved it. The group rolled with it, resulting in what was a truly iconic segment.
1 Sami Zayn Turning Against Roman Reigns
The best moment of The Bloodline storyline also happened to be the best moment of WWE in recent memory too. After months of manipulation and torment, Sami Zayn finally decided to break out of The Bloodline.
The chair shot delivered to Roman Reigns brought about one of the biggest pops ever, just going to show how strong this storyline had been and how popular Zayn had become.
